It is a journey I am enjoying so far, knowing that I am primarily eating for my health and secondary for my belly. Moreover, challenging myself to consciously eat green gives me a deeper understanding on how essential it is to live a sustainable lifestyle; saving animal lives and creating a better relationship with Mother Earth!
