It has been such an honor for Versatility Beauty&Fashion to interview this breathtaking lady with beautiful and humbled soul and mind. Meet Dzenita Bijavica from Stockholm, Sweden but now living in Los Angeles to pursuit her dreams. In this interview Dzenita shares her wisdom of words about awareness and healthy living. Dzenita also shares her tricks on how to achieve beautiful hairstyles for straight and wavy hair.
Who is Dzenita Bijavica?
I am just a regular person that seeks the attention to make other people happy, to help them to find their true talents and to live in a world without war.
How would you describe your inner beauty?
My inner beauty is the essence of what God has planted in me, which is love and pleasure for existence.
What do you love about your innerbeauty?
I love that I have a gift that only I can use, which makes it mine for this world, for my living. Others have other gifts and it is for them to find them out what it is. Mine is a voice that calls for a fight that is not about violence, but a fight for light when there is darkness. I fight for the truth! In other words, I am very stubborn about giving up any fights when they seem to appear real.
What do you love the most when it comes to your beautiful hair?
I recently discovered that my own hair is the perfect hair that suits me the most. I have been blond for many years, a face that wasn’t my face, but a shadow that hid it. It is maybe because I have grown up that I realized that looking at myself for who I am, that it is the truth, and that only I can be myself in that truth.
What three things would you recommend for women with straight/wavy hair?
- A splash of water, can make your hair a bit curly. It could be nice with some sort of change as the weather also changes.
- Moreover, curling just the ends of your hair with a straightener makes it look professional. You can use this look for anything and it will always go home.
- Lastly, putting up your hair in a bun and then letting it out after an hour can make you look very exotic. Compared to straight hair curly hair will give you some edges to it. It is not just one continuing straight line.
What three things would you not recommend women with straight/wavy hair?
- Don’t hide it one
- Don’t make it straight two
- And don’t use the curling iron often, or at all, three.
There has been a lot of discussions about why there most be one type of ideal beauty. Since 2013 the ideal of woman’s body is to look strong and therefore the new ideal of beauty is ”Strong is the new skinny”. Versatility Beauty&Fashion is pro-health and believes that working-out is the best medicine you can give to your body and soul. But some women misunderstand the ideal and work out too much that they hurt themselves. Instead of taking a break to let their injury fully heal; they take pills to counteract the injury to sustain their work out in fear of gaining weight! What are your thoughts about today’s attitude of the ”new” ideal of body?
First of all, everybody that tries for looks does the wrong thing. Do it prior for the health and feel good from within and your body will respond to a certain look as your body will feel alive. There is no point in pills! The point is, in the ruts of nutrition, the real sources, which are: Vitamins and minerals from vegetables and fruits; combined with good fats, good protein, water, and carbs. All of this is essential for the organisms that are inside in our bodies to make them happy. And of course, physical health, to train your machine and to function as a machine. It should function as a machine so we can overcome any task. We need it for preventing danger that can occur, like life threatening dangers. The body should be an excellent tool that is used for talents and through survival. Sleep is also essential AND to be grounded in spirit and soul. THAT is living healthy. Balance that and you will have the perfect body. There is no specific shape, it is all in our minds.
How often do you work out/ how often do you think one should work out to feel good?
To the people that are a bit lazy, studies have shown that a healthy body only requires 30min power walks, 6days in a week and people can cut those down to 10min, but in three ways throughout the day. But that is not a body which Darwin speaks about, when it comes to the survival of the fittest. That literally means, as I was speaking about the body as a living machine. So, I do all kinds of sports, even if I am new to some, I will not say no because I am trying to live a life without fear. Therefore, I play Soccer, Tennis, Hike, mountain climbing, skiing, ice skating, dancing, running, horse back riding, the gym, biking, and more. I will do this 3-5 times a week, if less. I will power walk more, but my body is pretty used to doing these things now, so it does it automatically. Our muscles have their own memory, and when they are used to something, they will do it automatically.
