Remind yourself to be fearless!
It is so important to stay awakened for you to always live fearlessly. It is in the mind, it is in what you do and it is in people you surround yourself with. Like with work outs, it is important to practise mental strength through meditation or by doing things that frightens you the most. Facing your fears is the best way for you to discover your authenticity. At times you will like to give up because the pain can be too much to carry. However, you do know that is not an option.
