Three days activity with Björn Borg
Last week I had a blast working out with Björn Borg.
It was three days activity and I enjoyed the mix of the work out sessions Björn Borg had. The first day started with Beach Volley Boll “tournament, which I loved since playing sports you automatically work out without focusing on “catching your breath”. It was actually more fun than challenging.
The second day was Cross training, which was definitely challenging because this type of work-out made me get out of my comfort zone and just really made me push myself to the limit.
The work out session with Björn Borg ended up with Yoga for Athletes. It was much needed for the source muscles I had for the work.
All in all I really enjoyed working out with Björn Borg. The three-days workout sessions motivated me to push myself even further with my work out. It also inspired me to be more creative since being active can sometimes be challenging, but varying it, it will keep and motivate you to live your active lifestyle to the max.
